Zozuliak O. A treaty as a legal form of juridical persons law subjectivity realization

The dissertation is dedicated to a complex theoretical analysis of a civil law treaty as a law form of the realization civil law subjectivity of juridical persons. There is ascertained a main point of law subjectivity of the juridical persons and there is also determined its elements and content in the dissertation. There is conducted the investigation of the civil legal capacity of the juridical persons and determined its concept, types and peculiarities of restriction. There is considered a main point, peculiarities, and a structure of a treaty capacity as an independent civil law category in the thesis. There is investigated a point of law subjectivity of the juridical persons in the structure of the regulation mechanism of the treaty relations with the assistance of the juridical persons in the dissertation. There is formulated the conception of the treaty as the law form, and there is realized the civil law capacity of the juridical persons in it. There is determined the conditions of validity of the treaty, in which the juridical person is a participator. There is researched the demands concerning the execution of the obligations of the treaty by the juridical persons and the peculiarities of responsibility concerning its in execution in the thesis
