Yurovskaya G. Contract of particular partnership in civil law of Ukraine

The dissertation is an accomplished scientific work, which carried out research of contract of particular partnership in the civil legislation of Ukraine. This dissertation details the genesis of the legal provisions relating to this contract, including detailed historical trends of Roman private law, as well as sources of law on which associations were created on Ukraine lands at different times which by their characteristics can be attributed to particular partnerships or considered as similar. It was analyzed development of legal regulation of particular partnerships in the USSR. This thesis focuses on the notion of the particular partnerships. It was determined legal nature of the particular partnerships and its place in the contract system. It was carried out classification, under different basics, contracts of particular partnership. It is given characteristics to the participants of the examined contract, to their rights and obligations in liabilities arising from the contract of particular partnership and the responsibilities under the contract. Considerable attention is paid to the legal regime of joint property of particular partnership. According to the results of dissertation's research has been made theoretical conclusions and practical recommendations on improvement of the current civil legislation and on particular partnership
