Protsenko V. The Agency Contract: the comparative-legal analysis of legislations of Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova

The dissertation is the independent finished work and is devoted to complex comparative-legal research of the Agency Contract under the civil legislation of Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova. A main objective of dissertational research is working out of the theoretical positions opening the legal nature of the Agency Contract in Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova, and also creation of specific proposals on improvement of standard regulation of the Agency Contract between Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova. For the first time at dissertational level comparative-legal research of questions of legal regulation of the Agency Contract in modern conditions of enterprise activity, managing, the international integration has been made, the general and distinctive features of legislative fastening of institute of agency service in the legislation of Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova has been disclosed. Dynamics of Agency Contracts is disclosed and analysed, their place in system of contracts is defined, features of responsibility under the Agency Contract in civil law of Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova are investigated. On the basis of studying of a standard material and the analysis of references, the basic conclusions and recommendations about the further improvement of the civil, economic and international private legislation concerning legal regulation of agency relations have been formulated
