Essay

Object of research: the process of the organization of carrying out the excavations by construction machinery. The work purpose is the rise of efficiency of building at carrying out the excavations at the expense of the organization of a rational choice of the construction machinery taking into account volumes and time of works execution, technical and economic parameters of the mashinery. Research methods: imitating modelling depending on conditions of a choice of the excavations manufacture organization by the complete set of building machinery on specific indicators of a material capacity, the power consumption, the generalized indicator of a material capacity and power consumption; correlation and regressive analysis; mathematical modelling; a graphic method for display of histograms of the received dependences. Practical and theoretical results consist in working out of recommendations about an effective choice of construction machinery for excavations on which basis the automated system "Program of a choice of effective mechanization means" is developed. Scientific novelty: for the first time laws of indicators of production efficiency of excavations change on the basis of specific indicators of a material capacity, the power consumption, the generalized indicators of power consumption and a material capacity are established; mathematical models which allow to carry out a choice of excavation machinery on multicriterion estimation, by a method of search of the received results of specific indicators of a material capacity and the power consumption, the generalized indicator of power consumption and a material capacity, operational productivity, and also the cost price of machine-hour and total cost of the machine operation are developed, considering technical and economic conditions (which has had the further development); the automated computer database of modern mechanization means has had the further development, allowing to choose the effective machine or the complete set of machines (bulldozers, autograders, scrapers, dredges); it is offered and is proved the advanced methodological approach to definition of an estimation of a machine choice by association of separate progressive workings out in the field of the rise of operation efficiency of construction machinery parks. Adoption degree: The results of the research have found a practical application in "Stroienergomontaj" Ltd., private enterprise "Zapas-1". The economic benefit makes - from 20420,8 to 36114 UAH, or 12-21,4 %. The offered decisions are introduced in the educational process of the Zaporozhye state engineering academy and in Zaporozhye building college. Area of application: the organization of building manufacture.
