Zobina L. Clinical and diagnostical characteristic of the foetoplacental complex desorders and their correction in women with pathological course of puberty.

The condition of the foetoplacental complex in 126 pregnant women with pathological course of puberty determining the course of clinical and diagnostical characteristics and correction of the violations on the basis of modern diagnostic technology with the definition of pathogenic mechanisms of their formation. With the help of clinical-laboratory, biochemical, immune-enzyme, cardiotokography, ultrasound, including dopplerographic, check-up methods, a complex estimate of the course of comprehensive assessment of pregnancy, delivery, condition of the FPC in pregnant women with disorders of sexual development and menstrual function in anamnesis has been given. Found that obstetric and perinatal complications are likely to occur more frequently than women with physiological puberty. Defined pathogenetic role of hormonal, biochemical, ultrasonic doppler changes in the development of disorders of the FPC, established the developing of algorithms of diagnostics and prognosis. A complex step-by-step rehabilitation system has been created which normalizes the functions of the FPC state and the state of somatic health. It incorporates oxigenotherapy into the treatment schemes beyond them.
