The research of the crowd in the context of the political process provided. Analyzed using information technology for manipulation and coordination of the crowd during the riotsin modern European states. The analysis of motivation to participate in mass protestactions during the electoral revolutions with the study of problems of collective action,when election fraud leads a crowd of protesters take action. Negative trends in the evolution of the perception of democracy and predicted the possibility of expanding the role of state due to substitution of popularizing the concept of "parliamentarydemocracy" democracy of the streets.
