Thesis is devoted to the defining essence, peculiarities and content of proving in administrative cases that appear in tax relations. Type and peculiarities of authority subjects as one party in the mentioned cases, definition, features and types of proofs in them, essence of proving in administrative cases that appear in tax relations, specific character of proving object and stages of proving process in such administrative cases are found out. Some offers on improving legal grounds and the process of proving in administrative cases that appear in administrative cases especially concerning altering and amending the Code of administrative proceeding of Ukraine are made.
