Thesis is devoted to the analysis of administrative and legal grounds of ensuring legality and discipline at the State Tax Service Agencies of Ukraine. The essence and meaning of discipline at the State Tax Service Agencies of Ukraine is found out. The notion of legality at the State Tax Service Agencies of Ukraine is disclosed. Criteria of its distinction from the discipline are determined. Peculiarities of ensuring discipline and legality at the State Tax Service of Ukraine are defined. Legal grounds for ensuring legality and discipline at the State Tax Service of Ukraine are characterized.
