The thesis is dedicated to the problem of administrative contract in the activity of the bodies of interior. General theoretical provisions of administrative contract, among others definition, substance and forms of administrative contracts are examined, legal basis for classification of administrative contracts are analyzed. Comparative legal analysis of administrative, civil and other contracts is performed; reasonability of their usage in the activity of the bodies of interior is determined, structure and basic characteristics of the administrative contractual relations is examined.
