Essay

Object: the innovative activity of productive and sale enterprises on the market of an ecologically pure meat-fat production. The theoretical base of the dissertation is foundamental positions of an economic theory and science works of domestic and foreign scientists.The innovative processes of a management of the development of a productive and sale activity of enterprises at the formation of an ecologically pure meat-fat production and general science methods and ways are the methodologycal base. Specifically there are such methods: the method of dialectical cognition, historical-economic, graphic and grouping and valuation of dynamics, index, abstractologycal, economic modelling and calculative-constructional method. The intrinsic characteristic of the development the innovative processes of a production and a sale of an ecologically pure meat-fat production has been determined. The historical and economic preconditions of a formation of the market of the ecologically pure meat-fat production in Ukraine and Poltava region were researched. It has appraised the world experience of a production and a sale of an organic production and possibilities its application in Ukraine. It was researched the basic factors of a formation of demand and supply for an ecologically pure meat-fat production. It was analyzed the state of food safety and its influence for the demographic situation of population. The diagnostics of productive and sale enterprises on the market of an ecologically pure meat-fat production was realized. It was generalized the world experience of a creation of a management system of the quality of an ecologically pure meat-fat production and possibilities its introduction for productive - sale enterprises. The methodical approaches relatively the price determination for an ecologically pure meat-fat production were elaborated and it was offered an organizational-innovation model of a cluster grouping in the market of an ecologically pure meat production.
