Essay

The object of research is processes of the growth and development of soybean and maize plants, formation and functioning of photosynthetic, symbiotic (in soybean) apparatuses and realization of the potential of soybean seed productivity and maize grain productivity depending on the influence of sowing method, plant density and harrowing. The aim of work is to increase yield capacity of soybean seed and maize grain by optimization of quantitative and spatial location of plants per unit of area that is conditioned by the sowing method and plant density in conditions of the south-eastern part of Steppe of Ukraine. The methods of research are the following: field, visual, measuring and weighing, quantitative, method of monoliths, physiological, method of washing off under water jet, method of test sheaf, laboratory, calculative and comparative, mathematical and statistic. Results of researches on the study of peculiarities of the growth, development and formation of photosynthetic, symbiotic, individual and grain productivity of soybean and maize depending on the influence of sowing method and plant density are stated in the thesis. Production control and introduction of improved technologies were carried out in agro-formations of different ownership forms of Mykolaiv oblast on the area of 615 ha. The branch of research is agriculture.
