The thesis contains the complex analysis of theoretical and practical problems connected with administrative jurisdictional activity of a state inspector controlling land use and conservation. The basis and the peculiarities of administrative jurisdictional activity as a component of administration activity of a state inspector controlling land use and conservation have been researched, the role of the latter as a representative of administrative power has been revealed. The grounds, the contents and the procedures of the activity of a state inspector controlling land use and conservation have been characterized, the directions for the improvement of its regulation and practical implementation have been formulated, definite amendments for the Land Code of Ukraine, Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences have been determined.
