Essay

Dissertational work is devoted to studying of efficiency of restoration sinus rhythm at patients with isolated atrial flutter І type depending on duration of episodes. It is established, that at patients with atrial flutter in up to 7 days. Distinctions in efficiency of restoration sinus rhythm, in groups with antyarrhythmial preparation and without it are not revealed, therefore cardiostimulation can observe in early terms of the manipulation of the pts without preliminary antiarrhythmic therapy (AT). It is revealed, that at patients with long, but episodes atrial flutter more than 7 day with stable hemodynamic, transoesophageal overdrive (TO) is the best method of restoration of a rhythm. Besides at rare paroxysmal form isolated atrial fibrillation without expressed heart failure, TO it can be carried out without preliminary antyarrhythmial preparations, but with the subsequent purpose antirelapse AT within 2 weeks. After translation by stimulation of trembling in proof atrial fibrillation, assignment AT is recommended, and tactics of the further restoration of a rhythm define in day, and in case of return transformation arrhythmia - repeat report TO. At the analysis of results lead TO with the purpose of restoration sinus rhythm at pts with atrial flutter I type the most effective frequency of stimulation which exceeds frequency of atrial contractions on 35-45 % is developed and lasts 2-3 seconds. The TO with frequency more than 55 % from a spontaneous atrials rhythm, and also at long episodes arrhythmia, as a rule, resulted to atrial fibrillation.
