Lesnaya N. Peculiarities of the compliance of alcohol dependent patients and system of its psychological correction

On the basis of complex dynamic psycho-diagnostic research of the 90 persons with the syndrome of alcoholic dependence investigational the phenomenon of compliance, including its maintenance, structure and role in a therapeutic process. The social-demographic, clinical and psychological factors of forming of compliance of patients are set. Criteria are developed of diagnostics of level and types of inhibition the patients of the therapeutic mode, which such variants of compliance are selected in obedience to: complete (20,00%), partial (62,22%), low (17,78%); structural (4,44%), formal (15,56%), passive (18,89%), symbiotic (11,11%), unstable (27,78%), negativistic (7,78%), deficital (14,44%). The system of psychological correction, directed on the increase of motivation to treatment and optimization of observance of the therapeutic mode the patients of this category, is created. The estimation of effectiveness of the developed system of psychological correction, which proved its efficiency, is conducted.
