This work is devoted to investigation of clinical-pathogenetic peculiarities of different variants of the current of Shigellosis in early aged children. The following clinical peculiarities smooth a current shigellosis were detected: it is more often causative agent of S. Sonnei, is registered in children of one - three years of age, accompanied by symptoms of intoxication, intestinal syndromes, dehydration of 2nd degree, middle and several forms, frequent with gastroenterocolitis. The clinical and anamnesis peculiarities wave-like current of the shigellosis were detected: less temperature reaction and dehydration but frequent affection of gastrointestinal system (gastroenteritis, enterocolitis), more often laboratory signs inflammatory process of intestine and less reaction of peripheral blood. All the above peculiarities depend on the levels of interleukins, prostaglandins, lyzocym, secretory immunoglobulin A. Patient with smooth a current shigellosis have systems of the organism function in mode normocompensation, patient with wave-like current of the shigellosis - mode hipocompensation. The revealed peculiarities helped to create the table of prognostic variants of the current of Shigellosis and to improve the ways of treating such patients.
