According to the objective of the thesis, the legal elements of administrative offences in the sphere of circulation of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products were investigated; legal formulations of administrative violations were delineated; the features of the administrative and jurisdictional activities of the bodies of the State Tax Service are considered; qualifying circumstances of the offence which is provided by the Article 177-2 and other articles on the given subject of the Code of Ukraine on administrative violations are given .
