Sicoryn U. Рharmacognostic investigation of Laserpitium latifolium

The dissertation is devoted to the pharmacognostical research of Laserpitium latifolium. Qualitative and quantitative content of the biologically active compounds in the raw materials were investigated. It was developed methals of biologically active compounds extraction from Laserpitium latifolium leaves and roots usivy water and hydro-alcoholic mixtures. It was determined that leaves and roots extracts of Laserpitium latifolium were nontoxic, and they show hepatoprotective, antiinfammator and regenerative activity. The diagnostic morphological and anatomic features of overground organs were ascerfained which determined the good quality indexes of whole and ground raw materials. The roots of Laserpitium latifolium were offered as new plant raw materials with hepatoprotective and regenarative activity of panereas tissue. The sources of raw materials were investigeted and cultivation conditions of Laserpitium latifolium were determined.
