The dissertation contains a complex research of theoretical and practical problems related to legal protection from unfair competition in the Civil Law of Ukraine, comparative analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine on protection from unfair competition with the international norms and standards, identify its weaknesses and to draw conclusions aimed at improving the regulatory relations in the sphere of unfair competition. The historical evolution of legal protection from unfair competition and system of acts of unfair competition has been researched. The legal nature and problems of realization and legal protection from unfair competition has been analyzed.
