Muhamyedova E. Civil-lawful aspects of realization of personal non-property rights of natural persons in Ukraine

Dissertation contains analysis of the of theoretical and practical problems in lawful realization of personal non-propertied rights of natural persons in Ukraine. Generalization of present condition of scientific elaborations and legislative regulation of relations in sphere of realization of personal non-property rights; analysis of practical application in the sphere of realization of personal non-property rights of natural person and proposition as for perfection of present legislation, scientific-theoretical and practical recommendations in research sphere. Main point of problems of human rights where investigate in the connection of different historical epoches; system of personal non-propertied rights of natural persons was defined; international standards and their using in the process of realization of personal non-propertied rights of natural persons were analysed. Matter and lawful nature of personal non-propertied reproductive rights of a natural person, rights for peace of physical persons, rights for information were turned out. Analysis of lawful nature of personal non-propertied right of natural person for peace meetings was conducted; analysis of private- lawful peculiarities and its realization was accomplished; lawful nature and matter of personal non-propertied right of physical person for living place.
