The dissertation deals with the interpretation of the concept of "sotsialnіy comfort" in the sociological discourse. A conception of social comfort as a sociological category. Conducted sociolinguistic analysis of the concept social comfort. Open for all content of the institutional expression of social categories of comfort through the prism of everyday life, human life-world against the backdrop of civil society and the welfare state. The paper deals with the structure of the concept of "social comfort" and the prepositional activities to raise his level in the modern Ukrainian society.
