The thesis is dedicated to optimization of the bronchial asthma diagnostic and prophylaxis in children with hypersensitivity to cockroaches by study of the spread, risk factors, clinical and laboratory features of the cockroach allergy. The prevalence of hypersensitivity to the cockroaches, it's risk factors and features in children with bronchial asthma, Zaporіzhzhya citizens, were determined. The effectiveness of different diagnostics methods was estimated. It was improved effectiveness of the use of the chitinases level in dust, as marker of infestation and cockroach allergens presence and elimination. The features of the bronchial asthma persistence in children with cockroach allergy were detected.
