The dissertation determines the essence of the administrative regulation of freedom of religion in Ukraine. There is the study of the mechanism of the administrative regulation of freedom of religion in Ukraine, which consists of organic (norms of right, acts of realization of norms of right and administrative legal relations) and functional (principles of the administrative regulation of freedom of religion, administrative guarantees of ensuring of freedom of religion) elements.
