Bamburak N. Development of personality's self-concept of future social worker

The thesis is dedicated to the research of the problem of development of personality's self-concept of future social worker. Organizational and psychological factors of development of personality's self-conception of future social worker in the higher educational establishment have been detailed; indices and criteria of development of its components have been determined; structural and functional, and acmeological models and development technique under the conditions of forming environment of the higher educational establishment have been offered. These elements facilitate the development of intellectual and gnoseological, emotional and volitional, moral and value, creative and constructive components of personality's self-concept of future social worker; provide for students' and teachers' acquirement of habits for self-development of their personality and personal self.
