Kuzhel M. Formation of psychological readiness of teachers of Physical Training to pedagogical activity

The thesis is devoted to the problem of formation of psychological readiness of teachers of Physical Training to pedagogical activity in the context of reflexive activity. The essence and the structure of psychological readiness of individual to professional activity have been examined; the levels of its formation in the context of reflexive activity have been determined in the thesis. The significance of reflection within the process of formation of psychological readiness of teachers of Physical Training to pedagogical activity has been revealed; the types of reflection and its indices have been specified. The reflexive practical training sessions with the view of formation of psychological readiness of a teacher of Physical Training to pedagogical activity have been elaborated and their efficiency has been experimentally verified.
