Fylypiv Z. The improvement of comprehensive assessment of fetal growth during its detention

The aim was to ensure the reduction of perinatal pathology at detention fetal movement by improving the comprehensive assessment of the fetus, technology assistance in this complicated gestational process.As a result of the studies assessed the diagnostic and prognostic value of sporadic research acceleration heart rate, fetal tone, fetal breathing movements, general movements of the fetus and amniotic fluid volume in no growth of the fetus. The new information was obtained about the status of fruit-placental blood flow in fetal growth delay. It was proved that the scoring rate curves of blood flow in umbilical artery contributes to the quality diagnostics of circulation subsystem placenta-fetus.Based on the results developed, tested and implemented in practice health improved scale of integrated assessment of fetal condition at detention mouth of the fetus, including research results kardiotakhographical amplitude oscillations doplerographical fetal heartbeat and blood flow study of the arteries in the umbilical cord.
