Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the investigates of the organizational and functional principles of commissariats in Ukraine. In particular, the establishment of military commissariat for different periods of history with the formation of specific features of each. The author offered a definition of military recruitment. Proved that the content management feature of military commissariats directly related to administrative and legal status and is characterized by the implementation within its competence, public authority of the Defense of the local authorities level.
