Tymoshenko M. Legal adjusting of economic relations of private higher educational institutions.

Dissertation work is devoted to research of pressing questions of theoretical and practical character, related to the legal adjusting of economic activity of private higher educational institutions in Ukraine. In dissertation research an author the current legislation of Ukraine, statistical information, domestic and foreign legal literature on the subject of research, is analyzed. A research object is legal relationships, arising up in the process of realization private higher educational institutions of economic activity. The article of research is legal norms which regulate economic relations in private higher educational institutions, and practice of their application. On the basis of the analysed legal literature certain and grounded concepts: "higher educational institutions", "higher educational institution of private pattern of ownership", "autonomy of higher educational institutions", "licensing of educational activity", "accreditation".Research results can be used in subsequent general theoretic and practical scientific researches of problems of the legal adjusting of economic activity of private higher educational institutions; in the process of improvement of legislation of Ukraine in the field of the legal adjusting of economic activity of private higher educational establishments; taken for basis in teaching activity for preparation of the proper educational courses for the students of higher educational establishments of legal type.
