Object of research: processes of allocation of profits at microeconomic level. Purpose of research: theoretical ground and determination of influence of factor of economic power on the process of allocation of profits by the design of his mechanism. Methods of research: logical and historical methods; structural analysis and synthesis; methods of scientific abstraction, game and graphic design theories; statistical and comparative methods. Results: research of essence of economic category of allocation of profits and her place in history of economic idea; research and analysis of different approaches, answering certain directions of economic theory in decision of problem of allocation of profits; ground of conception of power on allocation of profits; development of game-theoretical model of influence of economic power of participants of allocation of profits on his results; an analysis of features of functional allocation of profits is in Ukraine; research of rent oriented of constituent of mechanism of motivation of economic activity in the conditions of disbalance of positions of power; determination of directions of improvement of the system of adjusting of relations of allocation of profits is in Ukraine. Novelty: First: conception of power is worked out on allocation of profits; the game-theoretical model of influence on allocation of profits of economic power of his participants is worked out. Improved: method of analysis of correlation of efficiency of distribution of power and allocation of profits in forming of publicly-necessary order of power; going near adjusting of process of allocation of profits on the basis of forming of corresponding institutional environment. Got further development: conceptual going near determination of rent oriented of making motivations activity of economic subjects taking into account the disbalance of positions power.
