Bondarenko L. Participation of legal entities of the Ukrainian Ministry of Home Affairs system in civil-legal relations.

Complex theoretical and practical analysis of the Public Law legal entities participation in civil-legal relations had been performed in this thesis work by the example of the Ministry of Home Affairs of Ukraine. Main features had been revealed on the basis of which a notion of the Ministry of Home Affairs of Ukraine was formed as a legal entity of the Public Law. Legal entities of the Ukrainian Ministry of Home Affairs system classification had been performed under the principle of hierarchy and functional direction. Peculiarities of the Ministry of Home Affairs of Ukraine participation in material-legal and binding-legal relations had been determined which, in particular, are connected with a possibility to vest property in separate legal entities of the Ukrainian Ministry of Home Affairs system on the ground of operative management as well as on the ground of the complete economic disposal. Analysis of the conclusion and execution of the contracts under the Ministry of Home Affairs of Ukraine participation had been made, as well as peculiarities of its civil-legal responsibility connected with its dual legal status (legal nature of obligations).
