Kakabadze K. Biomarkers of inflammation and damage of myocardium for children from the disturbance rhythm of heart and conductivity

The dissertation concerns the improvement of diagnostics of immune-inflammation changes in myocardium for children with violations of rhythm and conductivity of heart on the basis of study of clinical and electrophysiological, biochemical and immune markers of defeat of myocardium. Developed clinical and instrumental, biochemical criteries for differential diagnosis of inflammatory defeats of myocardium at arrhythmia in children. Increased troponin I was detected in 36.51% of children with different arrhythmias. It is set that, both in the group of children with the increase of troponin I and in the group of children with his increase absence or very low maintenance, violation of rhythm of heart on their kind did not differ. Revealed that the concentration of troponin I is associated with a significant increase in the concentration of IL-1 and the TNF-а and indicates the immune-inflammation changes in myocardium. In differential diagnostics inflammatory and anti-inflammatory defeats of myocardium at arrhythmia in children in order of decrease makes high diagnostic meaningfulness: cytokine status, biochemical type, С-reactive protein, echocardiography, day's Kholterovske monitoring of EKG, electrocardiogram, objective research, complaints, anamnesis.
