A research object is a process of determining the index of human health in the opto-electronic system diagnosis; a research purpose is an improving the reliability of processing biomedical information through the development of models, modifications and improvements of the method of optical-electronic system for determining the index of human health; research methods: theoretical - systems analysis, theory of biomedical, mathematical statistics, theory of algorithms, experimental - the computer processing of biomedical information, the theory of experiment and computer simulation to verify the adequacy of the opto-electronic system; theoretical results - an analytical model for the processing of diagnostic indicators for determining the index of human health designed, Parzen window method for constructing density probability distribution index of human health modified; practical results - an optoelectronic system for determining the index of human health and the modules for the collection, storage, processing and display of biomedical information developed. The degree of introduction - research results are introduced in the learning process of the Department of Laser and optoelectronic engineering Vinnytsia National Technical University, in the firm NMT (Portugal). Sphere (industry) of the use - in health care facilities for diagnosing systems.
