On a base of used functional methods of investigation firstly stadied influence a danger of prematurity on a functional state mechanisms of adaption and homoeostatis fetus in dependence from time of hestation. Determined also mutual influence dates of biophysic profile of a fetus from a degree heaviness of hypoxy of a fetus and a time of hestation. Definited factor of a risk of perinatal pathology in a prematurity determines excretion of the prognostic criteria for perinatal dispanserization. Scientifically substantional and carrying to clinical practice a system of administrative, treatment and profilaxis of the perinatal complications in prematurity.
