Essay

The object of research is the operation and management of railway transport systems of uncommon use. The research was conducted using methods of probability theory, mathematical statistics, graph theory, optimization methods and dynamic medium. Theoretically grounded areas of logistics management of mobile elements in the processing of bulk rail transport system in common use. The results of the thesis can be used in the organization of the railway undertakings of uncommon use.
