Essay

Object of research: controlling processes in production of organic scintillators. Research objective: improve management of production of organic scintillators by applying the method of management with forecasting; developing mathematical models and methods of synthesis of fault-tolerant multi-dimensional process of controlling systems; and software / hardware implementation of a multiprocessor control system based on modern microcontrollers. Methods of research: methods of optimal control theory, numerical methods of solving matrix equations and systems of differential equations; methods of approximation models of dynamical systems; methods of technical diagnostics. Theoretical and practical results were used so to ensure the efficiency of the organic scintillators stand work, which was achieved by using the method of optimal control of stochastic multi-dimensional objects. The results obtained in the dissertation, were achieved in practice while creating software and hardware management systems of materials production for industrial plants. The results of cultivation of organic crystals have shown a significant increase in product quality by stabilizing the thermal conditions of crystallization and by optimizing the annealing. Scientific novelty of the work lies in further development of methods for designing the optimal process of control system and production of organic scintillators based on multi-dimensional and stochastic facility management. This is the first developed method of synthesis of two-dimensional predictive controller design for the cultivation of organic scintillators. The first diagnostic infrastructure with intelligent features for multi-control system were developed and patented, which allowed the increase in system reliability through a combination of functional and diagnostic testing.
