Essay

Dissertation is devoted the theoretical and practical decision of scientific task - perfection of mechanism of governance with the purpose an increase of effectiveness of public authorities which consists in the theoretical and practical ground of interpolation approach and principles of his embodiment to the strategic planning in public administration as an analytical process by the use of influences of unforeseeable situations of the future in activity of public authorities at make-decision process.
