The dissertation deals with the study of the peculiarities in the structure, growth and formation of the skeletal bones in rats in different periods of their postnatal ontogenesis under the influence of experimentally modulated hypoxia on the background of hyperthermia. To correct unfavourable influence of hypoxia and hyperthermia on osteogenesis in rats bioflavonoid of quercetin was used. The purpose of the research is to study the peculiarities in the structure, growth and formation of the skeletal bones in rats in different of their postnatal ontogenesis; to determine possible changes caused by hypoxia on the background of hyperthermia; to find out possible ways for correction. .
