Essay

The thesis contains the theoretical substantiation of physical loadings influence of different intensity on changes of functional activity and metabolic status of blood monocytes and neutrophils in sportsmen-swimmers. It is shown that physical loadings that are characteristic for sportsmen during training process negatively influence on spontaneous and induced phagocytosis, bactericidal and secretory activity, intensity of lipid peroxidation processes and fermentative system of antioxidant defense, systems of cyclic and adenyl nucleotides in blood monocytes and neutrophils. We have shown that expressiveness of this negative influence directly depends on the intensity of physical loadings.
