Object: differential mortar pump with vertical flowing plunger. The purpose: the increase of a work resource of the equipment which is used for transportation mortar mixes. Methods: experimental researches, the comparative and multifactorial analysis, mathematical modelling. Practical results: introduced in building manufacture differential mortar pump with vertical flowing plunger and cup packing of an original design which has the increased work resource. Novelty: movement of working body in view of influence of the lever mechanism with maintenance of reduction of lateral efforts on mortar pump plunger is described; it is received complex analytical dependence of mass deterioration of working surfaces of a pump column of the mortar pump from major factors; influence of change of the constructive sizes cup packing, on its stress, and as consequence on a work resource is established. Introduction: The experimental sample differential mortar pump with vertical flowing plunger has passed industrial tests. Sphere of use: scientific institutes, the industrial and building enterprises, the educational institutions connected with development, manufacture and operation of building technical equipment.
