Object: the use of personnel in agricultural enterprises. Aim: development, ground of theoretical and practical recommendations in relation to the increase of efficiency of the use of personnel in agricultural enterprises. Methods: abstractly-logical, grouping, comparison, graphic, monographic, cross-correlation-regressive, sociological questioning. Results: efficiency of the use of personnel is investigational in agricultural enterprises depending on territorial distribution after natural and climatic zones, methodical approach of complex estimation of efficiency of the use of personnel that unites the direct and indirect indexes of the labour productivity and takes into account the factor of pattern of production is offered, found out a tendency to the increase of efficiency of the use of personnel and his payment with the increase of area of agricultural lands. Novelty: methodical approach of complex estimation of efficiency of the use of personnel that allows to connect the direct and indirect indexes of the labour productivity and take into account the factor of pattern of production is worked out, methodology of treatment of results of the sociological questioning of personnel of agricultural enterprises is improved through the use of coefficient of correlation of Спірмана for research of level of connections between answers for a question, the methodical going is improved near the estimation of influence of territorial location on efficiency of the use of personnel by the analysis of complex index after the natural and climatic zones of Kharkiv region
