Legal frameworks of audit financial control, difficult financially-legal nature of audit, problems of becoming of the effective independent (unstated) financial checking system and basic ways of their decision, prospect of adaptation processes in the field of audit on international standards, place and value of audit financial control in the modern terms of market transformations in Ukraine are examined in dissertation.
