Essay

Dissertation is devoted to research of problems of the administrative-law regulation of notarial activity in Ukraine. In the work it is investigated the notarial activity in quality the subject of the administrative-law regulation, generalized its understanding in science and practice. On the basis of complex research it is determined relations and their features which make the subject of the administrative-law regulation. It is determined the system of law regulating of notarial activity. The special attention is spared becoming and principles of notarial activity. It is analyzed a current in Ukraine legislation which fastens in public legal status of subjects of notarial activity.
