Subject of research - the process of winter wheat crop productivity and kernel quality potential formation and realization depending on the cultivation technology components. The aim - winter wheat cultivation technology improvement in the direction of sowing term seed rate plant protection system optimization with allowance for biological features of the variety. The research methods are field, calculating-weight, laboratory, morphophysiological, mathematical and statistic, comparative and computational. The efficiency of optimal sowing term displacement of winter wheat for more late is scientifically grounded, the biological and morphophisiological features of different varieties productivity formation and their response to seed rate are determined. The winter wheat cultivation technology is improved. In the conditions of the northern Forest-Steppe it secures 6-7 t/ha grain of the second-third class of quality. The research results are introdused in 2009 at the farms of the Kyiv-Svyatoshyn and Yahotyn districts of the Kyiv Region ovar an area 108 ha. The field of aaplication - the agricultural production.
