The thesis is dedicated to the analysis of peculiarities of court proofs and proving in moral (pecuniary) damage recovery cases. The author considers the process of development of the institute of court proving and court proofs in civil process and determines the perspective directions of scientific research into this problem, attention being focused on the characteristics of the institute of court proving and court proofs, which is to be considered inter-area and complex. Attention is paid to the general characteristics of court proofs and court proving in moral (pecuniary) damage recovery cases. Considerable attention is paid to the determination of the subject of court proving in moral (pecuniary) damage recovery cases.
