Total hysterectomy during benign tumour of uterus is very traumatic, which depend technique operative treatment. When we use our methodic – total intrafacials hysterectomy with humid operative field decrease bloodless in 1,98 time (р<0,05), surgical traumatic – in 2,31 time (р<0,05), term of normalization blood circulation in arteries iliac in 3,02 time (р<0,05). Use this method increase ACTG 2,01 time (Р<0,05), cortizol – 2,75 time (Р<0,05). Decrease stage of traumatic in 3,12 (Р<0,05) рази, term stay in hospital in 1,54 (р<0,05) time. Positive effects is 3 years (78,21%).
