Kord K. Strategic management on the enterprises of oil and gas complex

In dissertation work formulated, the scientific task of development of recommendations is investigational and decided on perfection of the system of strategic management on the enterprises of oil and gas complex. Going is considered near a strategic management by enterprises, classification of aims is conducted, generalized chart of the use of factor analysis in the process of realization of strategy. The system-structural analysis of functioning of oil and gas complexes of Ukraine, Iran and other countries is carried out. Directions of improvement of strategic management are offered on the enterprises of oil and gas complex, formulations of their mission, excretions of priority aims, which are mortgaged in basis of strategy. Methodology of estimation of dynamics of indexes of the economic measuring of steady development is worked out, which allows defining dependences, degree of accordance and progress of markets of power mediums trend.
