Pidoprygora L. Public Ownership in Transformational Economy of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to research of theoretical and practical aspects of a problem of a state ownership and economic mechanism of its realization in conditions transformational of economy of Ukraine. The author defines methodology of research of a state ownership and its essence. The factors are opened which cause necessity of a state ownership, its functions and ways of formation are determined. The analysis of process and estimation of consequences of reforming of a state ownership is made. The problems are found out which interfere with development of a state ownership, and the ways of their decision are offered. The factors of development of a state ownership in domestic economy are determined. The criteria and parameters of efficiency of a state ownership in transformational of economy of Ukraine are offered. The importance of improvement of the economic mechanism of realization of a state ownership is proved with the purpose of increase its of efficiency. The basic directions of improvement of the economic mechanism of realization of a state ownership and its legal maintenance in transformational of economy of Ukraine are proved.
