Essay

The dissertation includes the results of examination of 95 patients with AMI accompanied with NASH (main group) and 42 patients with AMI without liver pathology (comparison group). Patients of the main group had more severe clinical course of AMI than the ones of comparison group: higher number of relapses of anginous pain, rhythm disturbances, dyspepsia disorders, worse indexes of functional state of the heart, higher number of EPIS and ALVF, slowdown of EKG evolution. Such patients had an increased activity of oxygen-dependent reactions in blood and the decrease of antioxidant system activity, these changes were the most significant in females, elderly, and patients with repeated AMI. The positive dynamics of metabolic oxygen-dependent indexes was determined after the intravenous implication of medicaments with membrane-protective and antioxidant action – quercetin and thiotriazolin. The propitious influence of thiotriazolin on the functional state of liver in patients with infarction who receive statin therapy, was proved during the research – decrease of ALT, thymol test, alkaline phosphatase.
