Essay

The thesis is devoted to investigating of the peculiarities of misbalance of functional integration of thyroid hormones, cell immunity and coagulative and fibrinolytic systems in patients with chronic heart failure and hydrothorax. The scientific grounding of the usage of therapeutic correction of the thyroid hormones level for the increasing of the efficacy of the treatment of non-inflammatory pleural effusion was done and the clinical efficacy of the usage of substitution hormonal therapy with liothyronine including the influence upon the central hemodynamic indexes, systemic fibrinolysis, and endogenous level of liothyronine was proved.
