Scientific work is devoted to the research of treatment of chronic inflammatory diseases of the genitals in women with chronic uncomplicated pyelonephritis.The analysis of the results of the carried out research allowed to offer clinical- diagnostic criteria of diagnostics and treatment, based on the results of microbiological, immunological observations.The scheme of treatment by the direct action antiviral means has been supplemented, that allowed to increase clinical efficiency by 24,0 % microbiological efficiency by 20,0 % in comparison with the results of traditional therapy.
