The dissertation is devoted a location Constitutional Court of Ukraine in the system of organs of legal safeguard of Constitution of Ukraine. Theoretical principles of legal safeguard of constitution are described, certainly its purpose, and also component elements. Investigational in the comparative aspect of functioning of Constitutional Court of the Ukrainian state and foreign countries. An analysis and classification of plenary powers which are utillized the organ of constitutional jurisdiction for the legal safeguard and found out basic problem questions is carried out. Efficiency of implementation of decisions of Constitutional Court of Ukraine is investigational.
